Terms & Disclaimer

Please read this before acting on anything you see here.

Not investment advice

Everything on this site is published for information and research. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and not an offer or solicitation of any kind. We are not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a financial institution.

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and you can lose money. Decisions you make after reading this site are your own.

The premium is not a guaranteed trade

A positive Kimchi Premium does not mean risk-free profit is available. Capturing it requires moving funds across borders and between exchanges, which is subject to Korean capital controls, exchange residency and verification rules, transfer times, withdrawal limits, network fees and price movement while a transfer is in flight. Attempting to arbitrage it may also be restricted or illegal depending on your jurisdiction and residency.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care, but we do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Prices come from third-party public APIs and are republished as received. Collection can fail, sources can return bad values, and figures can be delayed. Quoted prices are spot prices and do not reflect order book depth, slippage, spreads or trading fees.

Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.

Third parties

We have no affiliation with Upbit, Binance, or any exchange or issuer mentioned. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. External links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Acceptable use

You may read and reference this site freely. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others — the underlying Upbit and Binance APIs are public and are the better source for bulk data. If you cite figures from here, a link back is appreciated.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
