Write to grapevineee@daum.net. We read everything, and we try to reply to data corrections within a few days.
What to write about
- Data corrections. If a number looks wrong, tell us the asset and the timestamp and we will check the stored sample.
- Coverage requests. We can add assets that trade on both Upbit KRW markets and Binance USDT markets.
- Methodology questions. We are happy to explain how any published figure was derived.
- Press and partnerships.
What we cannot help with
We do not give investment advice, we cannot recommend trades or exchanges, and we have no affiliation with Upbit or Binance beyond reading their public APIs. We also cannot help with account, deposit or withdrawal problems on any exchange — contact that exchange directly.
